Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. If you no-show or cancel the day of, your card will be charged 100% of the service. I save your spot for you, and when you last minute cancel i don’t have time to fill your appointment slot and I am not able to make up the income. However, I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you. I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
